It started as mono-white fliers, but then found a lot of controlling white cards, which reminded me of the big control angel, Iona.

You can pretty much play an oppressive game even without Iona, but she pretty much seals the deal. Also costing 9 mana is something you can see never reaching, but you will.

Mono-colored decks will come at you, so be ready for them. Also a few others who wont like you sitting there with a Iona by your side, so a lot of removal was needed to handle them.

A lot of creatures have flying, so you can at least hit an opponent with a flier each turn, which should keep you drawing cards using the equipments.
