This is a deck I made primarily out of M13 uncommons. I began to make this deck as a blue/black control deck. I then realized, shortly, that I had no win condition. I went to FNM and went 3-1 with a deck that had virtually no way of winning (there was an RtR draft going on, only 13 people were actually at the FNM).

I then changed the deck, after poring over my RtR prerelease box (Azorius) how awesome my blue-white cards were. So I made an Esper deck. I then changed my whole game plan. I needed Lingering Souls for defense, and Runechanter's Pike because I had so many instants and sorceries.

Finally, I came to the conclusion that all my Azorius stuff was way to expensive. I took out most of my really cool stuff in order for the deck to be even playable. But afterward, the deck went 8-3 in online testing before I made any changes.
