This is an Izzet deck based on my very first deck. It's not exactly the best or strongest Izzet deck, but the synergy is there. Please leave suggestions if you have any.

COMBOS:

Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius + Melek, Izzet Paragon +Spellheart Chimera: Draw the revealed card until there's an instant or sorcery, then play it and copy it, the Spellheart Chimera gets bigger.

Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius + Melek, Izzet Paragon + Keranos, God of Storms: Draw or cast the top card until there is a creature on top, then Keranos, God of Storms will deal 3 damage on next turn.

Blast of Genius + Catch / Release: Blast of Genius draws into Catch / Release (or you could already have it in your hand), then you discard Catch / Release for 9 damage!!!

Blast of Genius + Catch / Release + Melek, Izzet Paragon: Do the same thing as above, but cast Blast of Genius off the top of your library to copy it.

Blast of Genius + Catch / Release + Melek, Izzet Paragon + Hypersonic Dragon: Do the same thing as above, but cast Blast of Genius at the end of their turn.

Nivmagus Elemental + Guttersnipe: Cast any instant or sorcery card (from hand or off the top of the library). Guttersnipe deals 2 damage, then exile it before it resolves to give Nivmagus Elemental two +1/+1 counters. (If you cast the spell off the top of your library with Melek, Izzet Paragon, you can cast and exile the copy as well, making Guttersnipe deal 4 damage and giving Nivmagus Elemental four +1/+1 counters.)
