Gelectrode untaps whenever you cast instants or sorceries, as does Blistercoil Weird making them a central point in the deck idea for both damage Wolfhunter's Quiver and Dual Casting purposes, plus the Blistercoil boosts every time an instant or sorcery is cast meaning it is also capable of massive combat damage.

Isochron Scepter gives reliable casting to keep the fun going with Dangerous Wager for draw.

Basic idea is to keep it cheap and nasty so that my hand is quickly emptied allowing me to restock it easily with Dangerous Wager . All the while building the Shrine of Burning Rage into a megabomb.
