Incredibly inconsistent, mostly creatureless, EDH Storm with a side of High Tide.

The most important card in the deck is Epic Experiment . This card enables large, stupid storms and is the most fun thing to cast in magic. A Brainstorm assisted experiment off the top of the library with melek can easily go over 20 cards deep. Hitting any copy spells like Twincast, Reverberate or Increasing Vengeance keeps the experiment going, and they can also be used from hand to piggyback on other players' ramp or removal.

Talrand, Sky Summoner and Young Pyromancer can quickly produce swarms of tokens for chump blocking, or for turning into mana with Phyrexian Altar (run over Ashnod's Altar because of the prevalence of cheap spells with coloured requirements).

Strionic Resonator can be used to copy storm triggers, creature based triggers like Melek or Charmbreaker Devils, or the imprint trigger on Isochron Scepter (giving you two spells for 2 mana).

Storm wincons are Empty the Warrens , Ignite Memories , Grapeshot and Mind's Desire. Storm-y wincons are Sphinx-Bone Wand, Guttersnipe and Purphuros, God of the Forge (who combines with talrand or young peezy to be another guttersnipe).
