This deck tries to win in turns 3-5. It is consistent in doing it so far. Land in a turn 2 Kiln Fiend or turn 3 Nivix Cyclops, win next turn with Assault Strobe, unblockable from Artful Dodge, Distortion Strike or Apostle's Blessing and a third spell that can be either a draw spell, a free Gitaxian Probe or a
Mizzium Skin
for protection.
Mulligan if you dont get a creature in hand, this deck plays OK with a starting hand of 5 cards, less is risky. Try to land the creatures on time, use Gitaxian Probe and Peek to keep track of what your opponent can do and draw towards the missing parts of the combo. Both Distortion Strike and Artful Dodge can be cast twice, so you can win without assault strobe no problem, only it will take another turn.
If you're playing with friends or in a format in which they're legal (pauper?), substitute Serum Visions and Peek with Ponderand

For even more budget, substitute
Crumbling Necropolis
with Vivid Crag and Serum Visions with Mind Scour or any other 1 mana draw. Gitaxian Probe is also adding a bit of price, but it's well worth it.
If you want to make it a bit more competitive, dual lands always make it faster, although this deck doesnt much depend on them because you only need one red mana per turn at most, and a turn 1 tapped dual land does the trick. You guys tell me how to make the deck better, if there is something good, even if it's expensive, that i don't know of, im listening.
