The deck uses Proteus Staff, with this, and only 1 single creature (the commander), the player may essentially rearrange the entire library (or as my friend puts it, scry 99) Letting you put Beacon of Tomorrows on top of the library to be cast by Melek, Izzet Paragon. Since it copies, you may then put Sphinx-Bone Wand on top, cast it, and again put Beacon of Tomorrows on top. Then continue taking extra turns until Sphinx-Bone Wand wins you the game
