A budget Izzet deck focused around Guttersnipe, If hes not in your opening hand draw until you get one, Negate, Dissipate, Searing Spear, and Pillar of Flame keep the enemy's cratures under controll until then. Later on you can draw into more draw cards with Divination, Desperate Ravings, and Think Twice, If you don't have any of those Desolate Lighthouse and Izzet Charm can help you find them, Goblin Electromancer also helps out by lowering the costs of all your spells. Overall i really like the way it plays but can be really slow if you don't get the right draws, Could also really use an alternate win condition.
