This deck is all about taking advantage of instant and sorcery spells. Turn one usually send out a Nivmagus Elemental or any 3 damage spell right off the bat. If you send out Niv, you can exile any sorcery or instants you dont need at the moment to give him +2/+2 permanently.

Turn two usually send out Young Pyromancer to be defensive or Goblin Electromancer to be offensive. 1/1 Elemental creeps are good as little defenders for the beginning of the game, while you can use any 1 mana cast spell immediately after casting electromancer. Poke with Nivmagus Elemental if he is buffed.

Turn three you usually kick it up a notch if you had already sent out Goblin Electromancer or have buffed Nivmagus Elemental. Begin the vicious cycle of poking! Use Goblin Electromancer + Twincast + any 3 damage spell to deal 6 damage for the price of 1 mana. Save mana for Counterspell if needed.

Turn four attack with everything you have and win.
