Fast paced Izzet pirates, probably looking to win around turn 5 with quick, unblockable and flying creatures.

Creatures.

Captain Lannery Storm - Good haste creature that can boost its own attack with the treasures it makes or provide extra mana, works well with the enchantments to stop it dying.

Captivating Crew - Just a one of, provides an okay mana sink mid-late game to steal opponents big creatures or blockers for the other pirates.

Daring Buccaneer - It's a one mana 2/2 90% of the time, great tempo and early beater.

Fanatical Firebrand - There's a reason this guy is currently played in pro mon-red decks. Can get quite a bit of damage in early if played on the play. Can also tap to get that extra damage in case of a blocker.

Siren Stormtamer - A early creature with flying to chip away at life totals, also provides a counter spell.

Storm Fleet Aerialist - Another early flyer. Will almost always get the raid trigger with the amount of early attackers.

Storm Fleet Sprinter - One of the MVPs. Unblockable creature, attached one of the enchantments onto it and it'll almost win the game single handed if not removed.

Warkite Marauder - Another flyer with a crazy ability. Basically forces opponents to trade off the 0/1 or allow the damage through.

Instant.

Lightning Strike - Creature removal or go for the burn. Obvious inclusion.

Lookout's Dispersal - Another counter spell that will cost 2 mana with the pirates we have. Good for maintaining tempo.

Opt - Stops a dead draw at crucial points

Sorcery.

Chart a Course - 2 mana for draw 2 cards is crazy. Even if we have to discard a card, there's plenty we could ditch with all the threats we have.

Enchantment.

Curious Obsession - Great for extra pressure. Stick it on a flyer or unblockable and we draw tons of cards so we don't fizzle out as early as other aggro deck might.

See Red - An underrated card. The first strike is huge at deterring blockers or winning trades. Wish I could fit more in.

Vance's Blasting Cannons   Another piece of card advantage. And if we do flip, provides another mana sink for late game.
