It's wizards with lots of burn damage. Wizard's Lightning and Lightning Strike both deal 3 damage each, while Shock does 2. Y'all know how Risk Factor works. It's 4 damage in the early game and 3 cards in the late game, so it's really strong. Discounting Risk Factor, there's 30 points of burn damage. If we factor in Risk Factor, there's approximately 38-42 point of burn. I don't imagine our opponent taking more than 1 or 2 hits from the card, but they might.

Also, for those of you looking at this as a budget option, The expensive cards are just 4 Risk Factor, 4 Steam Vents, and 4 Sulfur Falls. You can't play this without Risk Factor, but at a speed and consistency cost, you can replace the lands with Highland Lake and Izzet Guildgate. As of this posting, this entire deck will cost a grand total of $30 in MTGO, and that's assuming you don't have any of the cards already.
