Izzet counter burn for upcoming standard

Key cards are Goblin Electromancer as it makes for explosive spell casting turns, Guttersnipe incidental damage adds up quick, and risk factor just seems too good. You'll need a good amount of card draw to reliably find all the pieces and some counter spells to protect your board but you can throw out lots of damage in one turn and it can usually be on their endstep so if that doesn't finish them off untap and go to town. Due to jump-start you can get away with 2 of's since you can just cast it again this allows flexibility to add in some niche cards mainboard.
