This deck uses the game lock of Jace, Unraveler of Secrets and Rule of Law to stop the opponent from casting spells. To get to this point the deck runs some digging/counter spells in the form of Supreme Will, as well as mini-versions of the Jace ultimate in Ixalan's Binding and Ashiok's Erasure. After setting up the lock, win via self-mill from Jace, Wielder of Mysteries. I recommend either not playing him or milling the opponent before the lock has been established.

If the opponent gets a significant creature board presence, for example against Elf ball or Mono-red, it runs 4 copies of Wrath of God, and 4 The Birth of Meletis which also helps getting to 5 mana and thinning the deck. Against Planeswalker or Enchantment match-ups where you didn't manage to counter them it runs Commit / Memory.

If the opponent is in white and runs Castle Ardenvale I have included 2 copies of Field of Ruin, which hopefully is enough. Include more land destruction if the meta trends towards that, since you only really can deal with it otherwise via board clears.
