Thought I would step out of my comfort zone of vampires, Rainbow, and mono Green decks and attempt a blue deck. Every deck I make have cards I actually have, so it is interesting to hear good feedback on them. Thank you if you leave a comment telling me if it's good or not or how to make it better or even just to plain scrap it and try again. I believe the way I built it that you can get your creatures out quickly and mill your opponents deck quite rapidly.
