This deck is really fun. It's a control deck by necessity so that you have time to draw into a card that puts a token on the field. Then activate Jalira's effect and have fun. You obviously can't counter everything (especially in a 4 player game), so the goal is to only stop things that would directly kill you or remove Jalira from the field. Everything else your opponent's do, almost without exception, is none of your concern (unless you want to use a counterspell as political leverage.)

The problem with drawing as many cards as this deck likes to do is that you often end up drawing into your Polymorph targets, which is why I put in things like Brainstorm, Lat-Nam's Legacy, See Beyond, and Dream Cache. They put your big dudes back in the deck so that Jalira can cheat them out later. There are only 8 targets for Jalira's effect though, so Reminisce and Elixir of Immortality are vital in keeping your deck full and useful.

This deck is incredibly fun to play, because it's possible to start cheating out Eldrazi as soon as turn 5 or 6 with the right hand (though you usually want to wait at least until you can protect Jalira with a counter or bounce spell). You almost never cast spells on your own turn, so the amount of Blue mana you have open is a political advantage in and of itself. Also, once your friends figure out how your deck works, they get really afraid of attacking you if you have Jalira on the field and 3 mana open. There's no telling what that 0/0 Germ token is going to turn into to block with.
