My attempt Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain storm deck.

Lots and lots of cheerios and cheap artifacts to keep the storm counter going with a good amount of artifact cost reducers.

Artificer's Intuition Is a neat card I found to work well in critical situations when your storm is running dry you can bin some of your more expensive artifacts to grab some cheerios or if you're ready to cash out you can use it to grab Walking Ballista

There are a couple ways to create infinite mana/infinite storm: Dramatic Scepter: Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter and enough rocks to give you 3 or more mana will create your infinite mana/storm. Strionic Engine: Paradox Engine + Strionic Resonator does the same thing as Dramatic Scepter Paradox Scepter: Paradox Engine combined with Isochron Scepter imprinted with any spell with valid targets and the 3+ mana worth of rocks with also give you infinite mana/storm.

Payoff/wincons: The obvious wincons in the deck after you go infinite are: Walking Ballista once you gain infinite mana and Aetherflux Reservoir for your infinite storm outlet. Psychosis Crawler is a great way to ping everyone to death as you storm off with all your draws and Firebrand Archer for to capitalize on all those artifacts.

Urza's Glasses is mostly there as an inside joke among my playgroup but it also is a 1 drop artifact for storm and lets you spy on other players so you know if it is safe to use your payouts or who you should be saving your removal/counterspells for.
