Just took this to my local modern tournament I went 3-1 then split.

Game 1 - Mono red

0-2 I couldn't get it going fast enough. Because of this game I'm thinking about boarding Leyline of Sanctity. I feel like I can deal with the creatures.

Game 2 - Jund

2-1

Round 1 I never drew a pod but was able to hard cast scab ruinator and smash for the win.

Round 2 He got me with 4 Geralf's messengers and sacrificing them to hit me with direct damage.

Round 3 He played Pithing Needle to keep the pod at bay but I was able to hit my land drops every turn and hard cast elesh norn, Gand cenobite and smash for the win.

Game 3 Urzas Tron

2-1

Round 1 I got enough damage in early to win before he could ramp up to Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. I was able to cast Phantasmal Image targeting Kozilek, Butcher of Truth to have the legendary rule kill them both.

Round 2 He got a tun 3 Wurmcoil Engine with the urzas lands. By the time I was able to get that out of the way he dropped a second engine. The ramped up to emrakul and I scooped.

Round 3 Similar to round 1 and he scooped.

Game 4 Honor of the Pure knight deck

Game 1 i built a nice board presence and got the combo of pantasmal image targeting Restoration Angel targeting Deceiver Exarch targeting Birthing Pod ... yaaa he immediately scooped and gave me round 2 then left.
