A Sidar Jeska stax deck that seeks to lock down the board. Still a work in progress, haven't gotten to play-test it a whole lot yet due to Covid.

My, probably, most favorite "cute" combo/interaction I came across when playing this deck is the combination of Sidar and Ohran Frostfang + a bunch of hatebears. Usually you don't need to cast Sidar though.

Some things worth mentioning:

• I put a Birthing Pod in here without including any combo lines for it. This is might be a mistake, but I included it as a sort of "value" engine to get what you need for specific moments. Fetching necessary stax pieces, a vexing shusher, dockside extortionist. It's more of a thing than I want to test out a little more, but most likely something I'll end up cutting since most of the pods you'll play in will make you want to prioritize getting out a Collector Ouphe. This get's me straight to my second point.

• I opted for Temur Sabertooth over Emiel. Again this is not per se the smartest choice and definitely not the most efficient choice, but the reasoning behind this is pretty simple. Since we often prioritize getting out an early Ouphe, we won't be able to combo of the turn we have dockside emiel because of that Ouphe. So changing the unicorn to a sabertooth is purely to give you the ability to bounce Ouphe to your hand (getting rid of the Ouphe, or any other stax piece that you control that would stop yourself from going off) after which you can go for the win. This however is a whole lot more mana inefficient, but since we're a slower deck, I decided that the risk is worth the pay-off.

• As for my third point, I'm not exactly sure what path to take this deck, as in win conditions and locks. I've been thinking about Squirrel Nest thingy for infinite squirrels to win, thought about the Holy Trinity combo. Auriok Salvager's with LED and potential breach lines could be a possibility as well (however, this would push the deck more towards a proactive approach I would think).
