This is a Jeskai Tempo deck with a twist: an attempt to abuse the power of Battlefield Thaumaturge. With this unassuming 2/1 hero on the battlefield, the following synergies are unlocked:
Sea God's Revenge
becomes 2U, return three target creature's to their owner's hand and scry 1.
Magma Jet picks off weenies for just R.
Arc Lightning is a 1, 1, 1 or 2, 1 damage split for just R.
Cone of Flame
is a 3, 2, 1 damage split for just RR.
and the big ones: Glimpse the Sun God and Icy Blast tap all creatures your opponents control for just W or U (one mana!), and then give you a scry 1 or a potential freeze at no additional cost. That's crazy.
The rest of the deck is typical Jeskai. You'll be capitalizing on all your burn and tap spells by smacking your opponent around with Seeker of the Way, Mantis Rider, and Rabblemaster (who has a much easier job connecting with this deck's battlefield disruption, and who is your best bet to enable Icy Blast) before burning them out with Stoke the Flames, with tons of Scry + Steam Augury to dig for what you need.
