I have Removed Defiant Strike and Triton Fortune Hunter For Messenger's Speed an d Triton Tactics I have also added 1 Wavecrash Triton and dropped one Seeker of the Way
Fortune hunter was just not ever a good plan in testing. I never want to spend 3 mana on a 2/2 that cant do anything on the turn it comes down because it dies to EVERYTHING, so it would just end up a dead card.
I have dropped the defiant strikes for Triton Tactics because i need to be able to survive turn 3-5 and still attack and defend profitably. Triton tactics allows Seeker and Swiftspear to block huge creatures, even killing a tun 2-4 Rabble master, or at least making it unable to attack. Tapping down big things is more important that drawing one card.
Which brings me to Messenger's Speed. I have been going back and forth on this card for a while as to whether is had actual application. And after testing it, it definitely does. The best targets by far being Anax and Cymede, Prophetic Flamespeaker, and Seeker of the Way. Anax and Cymed can pump the team AND swing for 4 with trample, first strike, and vigilance on the turn it comes down. That is powerful.Though the trample is redundant on Flamespeaker, the haste give card advantage if you stall out after turn 5 or 6, and Seeker is a 3 mana 3 life exchange, which is pretty sweet.
I would rather have 3 and 3 of Seeker of the Way and Wavecrash Triton because a 1/4 that can tap down creatures can save me in someplaces where a 2/2 or 3/3 possible lifelinker cant.
