Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain blueprint:

The idea is to win the same turn that Jhoira resolves by playing 0 mana artifacts to draw more of them and eventually play Aetherflux Reservoir (or some other wincon) and few more cards to gain life and shoot out your opponents. Still Jhoira alone does not Always win the game (most of the time does). It helps to have second draw engine (enabler) or way to bounce all your artifacts to your hand. Otherwise you will play your had out and end up with hand full of lands. So the main idea is to find one of the 5 enablers that add in another draw engine (like Vedalken Archmage) and then draw your whole deck and win with Thassa's Oracle or Aetherflux Reservoir and at that point you should have plenty of free counter spells to make sure you wont be interrupted. Deck is super fun to play and usually if you can get Riddlesmith or even Vedalken Archmage on turn one, then you can win on turn 2 if not interrupted, but with Leyline of Anticipation even T0 win is possible.

Alternative wincon:

Its funny how easy this combo is. If you cant find your enabler but you find a Words of Wind. You can start the storm and try to find 2 Free / mana positive rocks (Sol Ring, moxes etc) and you can bounce all of your opponents permanents and draw as many cards as you want.

When it comes to tutoring: i usually tutor for Retract, then play commander and play all artifacts out (normally 10-15) play Retract and play all artifacts again. That means 20-30 draws and that usually gives you more than enough options to finish the game.

The play style is kinda simple. Just stall the game to the point that you have another draw engine or mass bounce (like Retract) and play commander to draw a lot of cards, but 70% of the time i'm forced to start storming without my engine. Like when your opponent looks scary enough that he will end the game on hes/her next turn and i just have to win now or ill lose. 80% of the time it works and storms goes through.

At first i thought that this deck is way too yolo and will never be consistent, but i was wrong. Adding few tutors in made it very consistent. And not always trying to force another draw engine out and just going for Retract / bounce route will just draw you enough cards and makes it easy to go on from there.

  • I'm still testing the deck and all help is welcome.

  • Yes the land count is low but storm decks needs low land count. Could be lower imo.

  • Recommend to run Leyline of Anticipation and hunt that turn 0 win. It will be worth it and you can swap it to something more useful afterwards.

Updates Add

Added in: Mystic Forge and Teferi's Ageless Insight for more enablers and easier setup.

more cuts and adds:

Misdirection -> Force of Negation Laboratory Maniac -> Thassa's Oracle Timetwister -> Winds of Change 2x free artifacts -> Gush and Gitaxian Probe Spellseeker

Took out Paradoxical Outcome. Its good backup plan if you fail to storm, but mid storm you want to use that mana to another enabler or mass bounce. Teferi's Ageless Insight was perfect print for this deck. Alhammaret's archive is otherwise great card and easy to tutor, but some cards like Retract bounce it back to hand and that might be no good. Gush and Gitaxian Probe got their spot in the deck. They cost no mana to cast and can be cast early game when you still havent got to 4 mana and you need to dig for lands. Spellseeker is great card, Its very flexible. Its not good draw while storming, but it makes setuping easier. What does it find: Retract, Winds of Change, Hurky's Recall, Displacement wawe, Muddle the Mixture, Pact of Negation, Chain of Vapor,
