my attempt at making a Jhoira, ageless innovator voltron deck.

I pulled a Jhoira from a promo pack and have been meaning to make an izzet deck, I tried to throw together something that is not the normal combo artifact good stuff.

Gameplan: Throw out Jhoira turn 2, slam down some protection artifacts and cheat out as much equipment as possible and either make an artifact creature voltron and smash face or go hard with Jhoira herself and kill with commander damage.

Building limits: I tried to make this a budget deck under 150$ as well as tribal, all creatures are either artifact creatures or artificers.
