Teir 2ish cedh jhoira. This deck aims to assemble an infinite loop casting artifacts over and over. The main loop is to have artifact cost reduction and sacrifice myr retriever to grab junk diver out of the graveyard and then cast junk diver to grab myr retriever and repeat as needed. There's also a scrap trawler and a workshop assistant that can do similar loops. If you have the right sacrifice outlet for the loop like alter of dimensia or blasting station then you can win already and either ping or mill everyone to death. If you have a different sacrifice outlet like krark clan iron works or ashnods alter then just keep the infinite loop going with jhoira on the battlefield to draw through the deck until you find the win condition. That could be a different sacrifice outlet or aetherflux reservoir etc. There's also a dramatic reversal and an isochron scepter for an infinite mana combo with enough mana rocks on board. Depending on how much cost reduction you have or on what mana rock you are using u can go infinite with words of wind to bounce all your opponents permanents and ofcourse draw cards while doing it with jhoira.
