This is a mill deck. By getting Jin-Gitaxias on the battlefield along with one or more copies of Jace's Erasure you mill at least seven cards off your opponent's deck and draw yourself a fresh hand every turn. The ensuing card advantage gives you access to your removal spells when you need them (most of the time) and helps search for more Erasures.

In order to get the ten mana Jin-Gitaxias onto the field, the deck uses Unburial Rites to pull him out of the graveyard. Getting him into the graveyard is straight forward, either using a Forbidden Alchemy will mill him off your deck, or a Merfolk Looter can take him out of your hand. Then its a matter of finding an Unburial Rites, either in your hand or in the graveyard, to unbury him.

Just in case you're about to mill yourself out to end the game, there's a singleton Laboratory Maniac that can turn an avalanche of card drawing into a victory.
