Jori En, Ruin Diver EDH.

This is an interesting deck... Not as powerful as Mizzix of the Izmagnus, explosive as Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, or as grindy as Nin, the Pain Artist. However, Jori En, Ruin Diver still has it's pluses.

The easiest comparison is Jori En, Ruin Diver against Sygg, River Cutthroat . Both are merfolk, blue, have card draw, and work both on your turn and the opponents turn.

So there is a definite theme towards this deck: card draw and doing stuff on the opponents turn. That means instant draw speed.
