EDH Deck #2(.5), Jori En was originally Niv-Mizzet (see original description below) before realizing that I needed a change up top to utilize the deck manipulation better.

Will it work? I don't know. This will continue to be a work in progress until I get it right.

EDH deck #2, Niv-Mizzet was originally my dragon's deck, until I decided that 1) I didn't need two beat down decks (see my Jhoria deck), and 2) I decided to build a Rakdos dragons deck. I opted for a more noncreature spell build that's taken a while to get going, and is still a work in progress.

The goodSo much deck manipulation: between scry, draw, and top deck playing, I can access a lot of spells. It can operate with and without Niv-Mizzet.

The badThe spell selection I'm still stuck on, as it goes in a lot of different directions: there's burn, bounce, counter, etc, with not enough finishers other than Niv-Mizzet.I like Niv-Mizzet, but I'm wondering if maybe I should change him up to reflect the style of the deck (top deck control), though he's important when I need him (possibly Nin?).

I've had recent success, mainly in 1-on-1 play, though I haven't tried this out in multiplayer games, so it's not really known how well it can perform. I really like this though and want to make it work as best I can.

Suggestions, if any, would be useful. Note: I'm working on a small budget, so nothing crazy (I would like to add Keranos as part of the 99 at some point, but that's probably as high as I'll go on card prices).
