Reanimate the cards to sac to Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter, VK, or spit out tokens for the same effect. Couple cards in here that buff themselves- Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief, Bloodbond Vampire, etc.- sac them to VK, then bring them back for more buffs then do it all over again! Token generators like Thraben Doomsayer and Bloodline Keeper are extremely useful and really come in clutch when combined with Mephidross Vampire and Captivating Vampire.

Combos:

Blade of the Bloodchief + Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter - This will kill everything with toughness of two or lower.

Illusionist's Bracers + Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter +any creature - every time you sac a creature VK will get twice as many counters. Every time you remove counters you will give double (ex. sac a 1/1 human token, VK gets two +1/+1 counters. Remove those counters, target creatures gets four -1/-1 counters until end of turn)

Mother of Runes + Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts - This works really well against decks will low removal.

Infinite:

Blood Artist + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter + any non-human non-token creature. - Sac some non-human, return it with Mikaeus, remove the counters onto that same creature, sac it again, then just continue this until Blood Artist has dealt enough damage to win.

Angel of Despair + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter - Like above except this will use Angel of Despair's ETB to destroy your opponent's entire board, including lands.

Fiend Hunter + Sun Titan + Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter . -Have VK and Sun Titan out: play FH, exile Titan, sac FH to VK, Titan's etb triggers, bring back FH, exile Titan and then just repeat until you have an unlimited number of +1/+1 counters.

Weaknesses:

Mana - W/B so mana rocks are the only form of mana ramp. If you can't get to seven in a reasonable amount of time and/ or VK keeps getting knocked out then you'll be in for a rough game.

Creatures - Since VK requires sacs to power him up or for removal you'll be losing a lot of your board state just to take out one big creature or to deal significant damage.
