The deck looks like a mess. But it's heavily based on my pre-M15 deck that did extremely locally and in testing. The deck is extremely consistent; in 100 test games (I counted), I only got mana-screwed because of colors a single time.

The current build of the deck is heavily built to counter aggro, which is why thoughtseize is in the sideboard. It has plenty of threats to make the control game go well and does fine against most decks in the current meta.

Sideboard consists of anit-meta choices for the local meta, as well as cards that are generally good for a Jund sideboard (Anger, Terra Stomper).

Also I love my scry lands. They make up for not drawing cards.
