In my local Meta the only deck people play is Twin Exarch or on of it's many variants. If you dont play Twin you dont stand a chance of winning. This deck was designed with one specific goal in mine, beat Splinter Twin.

This is accomplished through taking all the copies of their combo cards out of their decks. Once that is done I can dismantle their remaining creatures and kill any threats they may land while hitting them back.

The deck is weak to Scapeshift and Tron in the mainboard but after sideboard Scapeshift is a match that usually plays out in my favor due to my land destruction, hand hate and extraction. Tron can be hard if they land an early Karn, otherwise it is not that difficult.
