I've always enjoyed dragons, but I had trouble with ramping them out. It doesn't help that my playgroup tends to be very control heavy, not to mention the obsession some of them have with instant win combo's. So I decided to come up with something a bit savage to counter it all.

This dragon deck is quick, and while it can ramp mana it wants to use the quicksilver amulet or the elvish piper to get things out. Thus the distress and duress spells. Play them first to try and keep those annoying kill spells or counters out of your opponents hand. Then, pop in a giant dragon and start smashing people to bits.

For those games when you can't quickly get out your dragons, the deck has a decent capability for mid and long game lengths, as well. One of the best cards for this is the dragonmaster outcast. Those land ramp spells can get you ahead in more than one way. You'll find your opponent scrambling to come up with something when you're spawning 5/5 dragons every turn.

So, Planeswalker, the real question seems to be... will you save Jund, and protect it? Or will you use your mastery over dragons to destroy those in your way and assert yourself as the supreme ruler of all of Jund?
