Opinions wanted on the following:

Arbor Elf or Experiment One?

As a one drop, Arbor Elf allows me to Burning-Tree Emissary into a hasted Flint Hoof Boar turn two or Strangleroot Geist and Rancor for a 4/1 Trample.

Experiment One enables me a 1/1 regen who builds up.

Predator Ooze in sideboard against board wipes.

Olivia Voldaren for main board in place of 2x Dreg Mangler

2x Garruk, Primal Hunter and 1x [[Thragtusk] or 3x Thragtusk mainboard?

-4x Strangleroot Geist from mainboard. +3x [[Lotleth Troll] and +1x Dreadbore

Game #1: Gruul Aggro [2-0]

Round 1: Initial mirror match up between the two of us, both of us seeing a lot of early game aggro. Round went into my favor due to a resolved Bonfire of the Damned for three, wiping his board. Swung for victory that turn. Ended up sitting on a Strangleroot Geist until turn four due to double green cost.

Round 2: Sideboarded in Olivia Voldaren over Dreg Mangler and Deathrite Shaman over Arbor Elf. A resolved Olivia saw a Searing Spear thrown at her, but a quick ping of his Burning-Tree Emissary saw Olivia not only live but stick. Olivia proceeded to destroy his board.

Game #2: suspiciousDictator of Grixis (CURRENT) [0-2]

Round 1: Kept a hand with three land, two Searing Spear, a Flinthoof Boar, and Burning Tree thinking I would draw into something. I proceeded to draw eleven lands in a row. Despite this fact, my opponent was dropped to five life before my creatures were removed. With my two creatures taken out by removal, my opponent began to win via Nephilia Drownyard while establishing board dominance with a resolved Nicol Bolas. On my twelfth draw, I drew into an Arbor Elf. I proceeded to draw three more lands before my opponent won. I saw a total of fifteen drawn land and three land in my opening hand for eighteen out of twenty two land. I was furious. Opponent won by a Master of Cruelty hit followed by Nicol Bolas' ultimate.

Round 2: Sideboarded in Olivia Voldaren, boarded in Slaughter Games, and boarded in Deathrite Shaman. An impressive early game aggro saw my opponent dropped to one life before he managed to stabilize by a mixture of removal, Snapcaster Mage, and Master of Cruelties. With my board killed off, my opponent swung in with Master of Cruelties and won via Searing Spear.

Game #3: Jund Mid-Range [1-2]

Round 1: Forced to mulligan down to four cards before a single land. Kept a hand with an Overgrown Tombfoil, Arbor Elf, Burning-Tree Emissary, and Flinthoof Boar. Managed to overrun my opponent and kill him, despite my early mulligan.

Round 2: Sideboarded in Olivia Voldaren to deal with his mid-range and Falkenroth Aristocrat as well as Skullcrack for Thragtusk and Huntmaster of the Fells  Flip. Opponent sideboarded in white for 2x Blind Obedience, which slowed my early aggro. A land match up saw my opponent finally stabilize with a resolved Thragtusk, Huntmaster of the Fells  Flip, and a Thundermaw Hellkite. The Thundermaw brushed past my 8/8 Olivia for the win.

Round 3: Sideboarded in Slaughter Games to deal with a few of his threats. My early aggro, three Burning-Tree Emissary and Flinthoof Boar was slowed due to a resolved Blind Obedience by my opponent. A Garruk Relentless  Flip managed to quickly flip and the 1/1 Deathtouch sealed the game for him, killing off my early aggro and allowing him time for a resolved Falkenroth Aristocrat to win.

Game 4: Red Deck Wins [2-0]

Round 1: Out aggroed his deck, with two Burning-Tree Emissary and Flinthoof Boar killing off his Stromkirk Noble and Rakdos Cacklers. Late game saw a Thragtusk resolve on my field, alongside a Huntmaster of the Fell the turn before.

Round 2: Olivia Voldaren resolved to take over his 5/5 Madcap Skills Stromkirk Noble and kept him from playing a Falkenroth Aristocrat. Easy win.

Game 5: Naya Humans [2-0]

No real comments, opponent forfeited.

Top 8:

Game 1: Selesnya Mid-Range [1-2]

Round 1: Easy win for my deck, overrun my opponent with a double Rancor Strangleroot Geist and a Dreg Mangler.

Round 2: Sideboarded in Skullcrack, Olivia Voldaren, and Deathrite Shaman. With my opponent on the play, a Call of the Conclave on turn two 3/3 Centaur token saw me skip a swing with my turn two Strangleroot Geist. Turn three saw my opponent play a Centaur Healer, giving two 3/3 bodies. Forced to slide into mid-game due to my Burning-Tree Emissarys being unable to get past his wall, my opponent won via Thragtusk and Restoration Angel.

Round 3: Sideboarded in Slaughter Games. Opponent kept to the same strategy but an early Garruk Relentless  Flip saw my aggro cancelled out. Same story occurred during mid-game.
