It's dinosaurs, on bicycles!
This is a cycling deck based around cycling Yidaro, Wandering Monster as many times as you can, as quick as you can to cheat it out by cycling it 4 or more times. There's lots of support in the deck to help you find Yidaro in the form of Eladamri's Call, Fierce Empath (which can be blinked with Astral Drift to be used multiple times), and the cycling ability that most of the cards have.
Given that trying to cycle out Yidaro 4 times can take a little while, there's a need for early game survivability. That comes in the form of Drannith Healer, which nets you life whenever you cycle, Flourishing Fox, which can become a huge threat if left unchecked, and Valiant Rescuer to amass an army of chump blockers.
The rest of the creatures just act as a way to either ramp or fix the mana base while also being decent threats to cast in the mid-late game, and can also be cheated into with Unpredictable Cyclone. Also, to make sure there's no regrets about cycling a card you wanted to use later and to make sure you never cycle out your deck, there's two Blessed Respite that allow you to dump your graveyard back into the library while also doubling as protection from any of your opponent’s big swings.
This deck can also easily be very budget if you replace the three Eladamri's Call with two more Fierce Empath and one Mwonvuli Beast Tracker, the three Mana Confluence with three Jungle Shrine, and the two Sacred Foundry with two Alpine Meadow. I just so happened to already have most of the expensive cards that I have here in the deck, so that's why they're in here despite the deck being tagged as budget.
If anyone has any comments or suggestions about how to improve the deck, I'd love to hear them! Thanks in advance!
