Still working out the kinks in this deck. The goal is to produce rapidly evolving board states around the Sliver synergies (like, DUH.). The trick with any five color sliver deck is always mana fixing, and getting enough mana to cast all your legendary slivers.

Thus, I've chosen to run the full set of fetch lands (Khans, and Zendikar) in addition to the 10 shock lands. I personally opt for shock lands over bond lands as they are are still typed lands so we can tutor our dual lands with our fetch lands. The life lost for shocking lands in is negligible in the long-run, and really helps for forming winning board states early on. This often gives you more flexibility in game openings, while still building towards that turn 5 Sliver Overlord.

Now for the really fun stuff. Emiel the Blessed creates several excellent combo lines for direct wins. Dockside Extortionist + Emiel the Blessed when your opponents have 4+ enchantments will generate infinite colored mana. You can then cast Sliver Overlord and tutor any little sliver buggers you want, however your table will probably scoop before you get to.

Emiel the Blessed + Intruder Alarm + Mana Echoes is another game winning Emiel line. This combo is just too solid not to run here.

The primer would be largely incomplete without mention of the infamous Sliver Queen . Any of your lovely little synergistic bugs will just go absolutely bonkers when paired with her incredible potent ability.
