Deny your opponent's game with your counter/bounce package
Earthquake + Dingus Staff = X damage + 2 damage for each opponent's creature killed, the more Dingus the better
Wall of Air is flying and Wildfire Emissary has enough toughness to survive a 3 damage salvo from Earthquake
Your opponent shouldn't have much on the board so you should have no issue untapping Walking Dream
Arcane Denial isn't great but we needed options at 2 on our curve to not fall too far behind
Oh and we don't have a play on turn 1, sorry
At least, Theft of Dreams is there to help us comeback
Sideboards includes Pillage for artifact/land removal, Price of Progess to punish opponents playing lots of non-basic lands, and a few more creatures to deal against spell/flying based deck against which Earthquake would struggle
