So this is my BUDGETED Karlov of the Ghost Council EDH deck.

It revolves around making your opponents lose life while you gain life.

This includes a nice combo with Conjurer's Closet + Obzedat, Ghost Council + Ghost Council of OrzhovAlso Conjurer's Closet + Puppeteer Clique + Sepulchral Primordial + Luminate Primordial

The deck contains consistent life gain with Drana's Emissary + Kambal, Consul of Allocation along with the previously stated above. Which in the long run allows the use of Aetherflux Reservoir and Felidar Sovereign as potential win conditions along with commander damage, as Karlov will get big, fast.

Remember as I have said, this is a BUDGETED deck costing roughly around $75 or under.
