"The God that holds you over the pit of hell, much as one holds a spider or some loathsome insect over the fire, abhors you, and is dreadfully provoked; his wrath towards you burns like fire; he looks upon you as worthy of nothing else, but to be cast into the fire ... you are ten thousand times so abominable in his eyes, as the most hateful and venomous serpent is in ours."

Jonathan Edwards

This deck is a spin-off of my Xantcha, Sleeper Agent deck: The politics of wholesale slaughter. The idea is to control the board by slinging curses and goading opponents into killing each other. You really want to keep the power of the table in check while piloting this deck: neuter the opponents that are in the lead or can counter your strategy while helping struggling players to keep them in the game to deal with threats to you. Ideally you want to be sitting back, holding answers in your hand, but only playing them when YOU have to. Let the table get to less than ten life per player before letting people die. Then pick off the last survivor once they realize the incredible gap between their empty hand and low life and your full grip and 30+ life.

False god works in mysterious ways, so how you pilot the deck and politic can make all the difference.
