I have a Living Twin deck that is an absolute Blast to play. it is by far one of my favorite moderns decks, Being able to cheat cards in and wipe a board is hilarious. Then i played against someone with a Restore Balance Deck. Loved his take on it as an aggro deck. I think it is somewhat better suited as a control deck. This was my take on a Restore Balance/Borderpost deck in a more controlling shell.

SideNote: One major Goal for me here is to be able to add a soft Splinter Twin shell in here. Because if we were able to make it work in Living End, why not try it in Restore Balance
