The moment I saw this card spoiled, I knew I had to build her. I love everything about her, and that's saying something considering most Grixis commanders didn't interest me that much.

Regardless, the basic concept is control and reanimator, using Kess's ability to cast multiple spells a turn. Bouncing her with Snap and Deadeye Navigator reset the once per turn rule, as well.
