Repurposing my old Jeleva deck to try Kess out. I was looking forward to slimming down Jeleva's needs to run multiple wincons and support/protect a singular one but... turns out I love slamming one opponent with Tendrils of Agony, annihilating another with Aetherflux Reservoir, and watching the last one squirm as my Laboratory Maniac activates his Doomsday weapon.

Trying to make the deck as competitive as I could on a budget, I've opted for several mana rocks that fuel the Tendrils/Reservoir lines of play, slotting in Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter for the infinite mana or a Paradox Engine as a means to storm more easily. I'm really pleased with the deck so far, and have opted for more answers due to lack of owning certain other 'auto-includes' such as Wheel of Fortune, Grim Monolith, or Timetwister.
