This deck is like a Kiki-Chord deck, with one little change: there is no Chord of Calling! Instead, we use what is possibly the jankiest card ever printed: Dubious Challenge. We can use Dubious Challenge to assemble one of our many combos.

- When Flickerwisp is exiled along with an Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, you will always get the Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. If they pick the Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, you can flicker it back to your side with the Flickerwisp. If they pick the Flickerwisp, well you just got an Emrakul.- Brooding Saurian will always give you the same result. If your opponent takes the Emrakul, the Aeons Torn it will come back to you on your end step. If your opponent takes the Brooding Saurian it will also come back to you on your end step.
While this card also works in a Dubious Challenge package, it has additional synergies with the card. If you have the Brooding Saurian out then you can get any two creatures with the Dubious Challenge, as which ever creature they pick will return to you on your end step.
Similar to the Brooding Saurian, Flickerwisp has additional synergies with the deck. It allows you to cast a Dubious Challenge exiling anything other than Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, as the Flickerwisp will eventually bring it back. It also allows you to keep the Emrakul, the Aeons Torn from an ultimated Nahiri, the Harbinger, but honestly that's a bit of a win more.
At this point you are probably thinking, "How can you guarantee you get the correct two creatures?" Well, Congregation at Dawn helps us with that. On our opponent's end step, we search for a random creature and one of our combos. Then we untap, draw the random creature, and play Dubious Challenge for the win.
Glittering Wish allows us to have effectively 7 copies of Congregation at Dawn in our deck, by having one Congregation at Dawn in our sideboard. We also have some other good wish targets in the sideboard.
This deck is a cool way to use a janky card to beat your opponent, while having a semi-competitive deck. I hope you enjoyed my deck tech, and any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
