KILL ALL HUMANS!One day I noticed that Chief of the Foundry and Foundry Inspector were in standard, and I decided to build a deck around them.

The three main synergies between all these artifact creatures are Chief, Inspector, and Scrap Trawler. These are the tribal payoffs, if you will.

While a bit pricey, Bomat is the best artifact creature one-drop in the format.Hope of Ghirapur gives us extra one drops. The sacrifice ability can be relevant, and it's easy to get back with Scrap Trawler.

Scrounger is also expensive, but it's the best 2-drop artifact beater in the format.

Treasure Keeper isn't that impressive, but it synergizes well with all 3 payoff creatures. It's on-curve with Chief, also on-curve with Inspector, and can recur anything from your graveyard with Trawler. Its death ability also hits all of your important creatures.

Built to Smash and Built to Last are excellent pump spells in our deck.

Lightning Bolt because we're red.

Overall, this is just a fast aggro deck that's cheaper than Vehicles or Ramunap Red. Have fun with it.
