The deck name has enough said about it.

This deck revolves around getting Toshiro Umezawa out early and then using every instant in your arsenal to kill your opponents creatures as soon as they get in your way.

After your done killing them, there are some slick ways to get their creatures back from their graveyard to fight for you instead, so that you can maximize losing your friends. These are: Chainer, Dementia Master, Thrilling Encore, Rise of the Dark Realms, Sepulchral Primordial,and Grim Return.

The deck has a pretty good amount of cards that make you pay life such as Erebos, God of the Dead, so I put some consistent cards in there that will help with life gain back such as: Twilight Prophet, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, and Sangromancer.

I run snow-covered swamps because I decided to put in a Dead of Winter. It's a cheap board wipe (both with money & in mana).

Black has minimal ramp, so I decided to put in a lot of cards that doubled my mana pool from swamps such as: Crypt Ghast, Nirkana Revenant, Caged Sun, and Bubbling Muck. Liliana of the Dark Realms also helps you have consistent land drops when she is out, and it even might be possible to get her ult off so that your swamps can tap for 4 black mana, which is pretty big.
