I'm planning on entering this deck into a modern tournament, and it's a black-blue milling deck. Here's some of my main questions:

~Do you think this deck can function while being island poor? -Is this deck even ready for a tournament?- ~Is there any cards I should add? Please, state if there is any other problems with this deck other than than the two main ones I have right here. Aside from that, the point of this deck is to mill as fast as possible, or force the opponent to stall, which helps cards like Curse of the Bloody Tome + Millstone. Also, many of my cards benefit from large graveyards, which milling easily supplies. Many creatures in this deck like Consuming Aberration + Wight of Precinct Six are awesome to have after cheap mill cards like Tome Scour or possibly Glimpse the Unthinkable . The reason only two Fog Banks are already in the deck is because of the prominent red burn deck, where two damage is a walk in the park. Murder and Victim of Night are there mainly for those large creature based decks. I don't know about forcing creatures to attack, I hoping if you people could offer me some ideas on adding cards like Shipwreck Singer . Thanks, SalmonSlayer
