So, Toshirio Umezawa really likes kill spells. Who doesn't? This deck has a lot of low cost kill spells. Not only low cost, as in cheap to play, but also cheap to buy. This is a EDH deck for someone who doesn't have the money to play with the big dogs. But who needs mana fixing when Toshi is going to be killing things all game? This deck runs best in multiplayer, where it's the opposite of grouphug. You know that thing the opponent wants gone? That's the thing you'll be getting rid of.

In general, this is the deck to play against combo, or in multiplayer. It's not going to work so well against decks with early game aggro commanders, such as voltron, and some lightnings on an aggro commander could immediately shut this deck down.
