The gameplan for this deck is to get Grim Haruspex and Heartless Summoning out. From there, hopefully we have 2 Myr Retrievers. If we don't, hopefully we have a Runed Servitor and Necropede at our disposal to draw 3 cards. There many ways to dig for those cards so it shouldn't be a problem.

This deck is also capable of a 1st turn win. for it you need:

1x Heartless Summoning

1x Grim Haruspex

1x Any land except Stomping Ground

1x Myr Retriever

1x Manamorphose

2x Simian Spirit Guide

Exile the guides for mana, play Manamorphose, add 2 black to pool and draw a Myr Retriever, play land, play Heartless Summoning, play Grim Haruspex, play retrievers, draw your library, exile 2 Simian Spirit Guides, play Grapeshot and win. However, that will most likey never happen. What does happen though is consistent turn 3 wins, even somewhat likely turn 2 wins.
