The embodiment of pure ramp power. The strategy is simple, cash in big mana for big creatures. I added a good bit of interaction in this deck to help slow down opponents while you ramp to the optimal board state.

This deck was made with a 250$ budget in mind. There are still some pricy cards I added just because I had them lying around, but there are more budget options you can swap them out for:
