This is a fun B/R combo-ish deck based around Kobolds. :) Its has some control elements thrown in and ways to sac your useless creatures for some value. While it has powerful cards, it also is purposely de-tuned by using Rohgahh as the general and including the three terrible kobolds. Typically, you want the kobolds to lay low, coming out at the end and winning by sheer kobold luck (or is it strategy...?)

The easiest and obvious combo utilizes Cloudstone Curio. Curio + 2 Kobolds = infinite etb triggers and infinite storm. You can also build up a big Storm amount with Possibility Storm and/or Null Profusion. Or have a big rakdos party where you sac your free creatures over and over again using stuff like Garna, Underworld Cerberus, Empty the Catacombs, No Rest for the Wicked, Reaping the Graves and build a natural storm/etb count via graveyard-to-hand-to-play recursion.

Death Pits of Rath and Horobi, Death's Wail combos with a number of cards for board control. Or trade the kobolds for better creatures with Helm of Possession and Confusion in the Ranks.
