(This combo deck doesn't actually work because Tethmos High Priest's heroic ability doesn't trigger with activated abilities. Oops!)

really good combination

Get Tethmos High Priest, Elvish Visionary, Ashnod's Altar, Nomads En-Kor, and Skyshroud Elf onto the battlefield. Once you have this setup you're almost ready to combo off!

1. Have the five prior mentioned cards on the battlefield.
2. Sac Elvish Visionary for 2 mana.
3. Convert the mana to white with Skyshroud Elf.
4. Use Nomad's ability infinity times on T.H.P. to create infinite heroic triggers, sacrificing Elvish visionary after each revival.
5. Continue doing this until you have drawn your whole deck and have a combination of roughly 90 red and white mana. 4a. If you have another creature to sacrifice, then you can gain infinite mana by repeatedly reviving it.
6. Cast a phat Kaervek's Torch and win.

If you're on MTGO, your only alternative for Ashnod's Altar is Thermopod, which is slower but will still let you combo off the same way.
