Krenko! Everybody loves Krenko, so here's a Krenko deck! Tried to keep it relatively budget, though there are a few cards I put in that are not-so-cheap. Not too many, but they'll still creep the price of the deck upward. Here I'll list some cards too expensive for the list that can power up your deck. I won't include obvious cEDH staples like Mana Crypt, Jeweled Lotus, or Chrome Mox but they are obviously good enough to run. I also won't include cards like Blood Moon because I want to actually still have a playgroup to play with. Run at your own risk I guess.

Creatures: Goblin Lackey - Low CMC, gets goblins fast. Dockside Extortionist - Do I really need to explain this one? Possibly the best red card in commander, AND is also a low CMC goblin. Goblin Sharpshooter - $10 is a bit much for what it does, but it's still an insane card in this deck. Metallic Mimic - Just a great honorary goblin, plus I love the extended art. Treasure Nabber - Free mana on legs, personal favorite of mine. "You got Sol Ring? No, WE got Sol Ring". Goblin King - The +1/+1 and mountainwalker are nice, but not worth turning off Skullclamp. It's annoying on Goblin Chieftain as well but haste is better than mountainwalk imo.

Sorcery: Jeska's Will - Just an insane card overall, ESPECIALLY with Goblin Recruiter. Gamble - Insane tutor. Rarely backfires. If you're worried about keeping card advantage you can add Skullclamp or some other insane value engine. Blasphemous Act - Incredible card and not too expensive, but counters your swarm playstyle. Run at your own discretion.

Artifacts: Coat of Arms - BIG GOBLINS, just a bit too expensive for budget. Ashnod's Altar - Trade tokens for big mana. Combos with Umbral Mantle. Ruby Medallion - Makes everything cheaper, very powerful.

Enchantments: Mana Echoes - This with Krenko is an absurd amount of colorless mana. Add in Umbral Mantle and you have infinite goblins and mana. Price of Glory - Stops opponents from messing with you, may as well only affect opponents with how little it does to you.

Lands: Mutavault - Free goblin for Krenko and other goblin tribal things. Cavern of Souls - No countering Krenko or other big goblins? Excellent. Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx - TONS of free mana after you've got a few goblins. Hall of the Bandit Lord - Coming in tapped and paying 3 is a bit steep, but giving Krenko haste for nothing is fantastic.
