This deck hopes to go under with a mill strategy using cards like Grindclock, card:Otherworldy Atlas, and Keening Stone. To support the former two, charge counter providing and proliferating cards are added.

Other cards that benefit from charge counters and proliferate are included, as Kurkesh's ability helps boost the effect.
